Chef James Chambers, Sr. is from High Point, NC. were his family owned a soul food restaurant called Sister-Sisters Inc. in Morven, NC. Working in all aspects of the restaurant started his passion for food and service. Later he moving to Atlanta,GA and attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. Immediately after graduation, Chef James began enhancing his skills by working in 5 Star and Tapas Restaurants, upscale senior living communities serving independent, assisted and memory care seniors, and catering along the way.

Chef James skill set includes cycle menus, preparing quality meals while maintaining budgets, knowledge of special and regulated diets. He is able to work and lead his team or work independent for intimate occasions.
